Q. What if I get a damaged item?

A. We at Darascapes will do our best to arrange a replacement if you receive a damaged item/s, our customer satisfaction is our top priority.  

Q. My Item has some imperfections in the production, is this normal?

A. Yes, Absolutely, most our products are hand crafted, this is what makes it so special and unique. Every piece is not exactly like the other piece even if they are under the same collection. Imperfections are possible but the beauty of the project overall is definitely something we guarantee to you. 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
